Busier than a one-armed paperhanger
Or as I read on a blog the other day, (wish I remembered where so I could link)busier than a centipede in a toe counting contest.
Anyway, Ike came and went and we did not lose the 600 to 1000 dollars worth of food in the freezer, which is crammed to the top. Thank goodness!
We are making big changes here. I have been working at Riker's Ridge elementary and the High Sch
Sierra has decided that she wants to be home schooled, and even though both Bob (her therapist) and I told her that she will work harder than she ever thought possible, she still wants to do it. So we are transferring her to Hoosier Academy, hopefully she will start on Wed. She spent most of the weekend taking placement tests. So she is learning about the work. Hoosier Aca
So we shall see, how Christopher and I hold up, since he has said that he will drive her on the days I have to work.

Ok off to check the math that she has to hand in before she transfers, and then I am am going to knit.

Okay, explain this hoosier accadamy thing...is it like go to class 2 days a week to get assignments and do labs and then go home and do the work?
There is a place in Louisville that does that too, held in a church, very Christian too.
Mariah is doing eschool for Geometry because the school finally realized that yes she has had algebra before and made straight A's. So if she gets the first part done, they will put her in the second part in January. Duh.
